Comments: Dear Grace, Did you know that by just being you the rest of our family has been given the precious chance to see a little bit of what heaven must be like? Grace was such a perfect name for you! You brighten our days with your smile; you bring balance to us with your soothing voice; and now you have shared your magic with many through your writings. How lucky for us and to the many who will read your book and feel good about themselves. You will inspire many! Thanks for being just like you are...we all needed that. Love, Uncle Brian
Admin reply: Hi Uncle Brian!Thank you for your kind thoughts you sent me! I love my name because it means "God's Perfect Love." It has beeen so neat for me to have my story published.I hope it helps people understand about differences. Don't you love Nancy's paintings in it? Love and Hugs, Grace

Comments: Grace, I am so proud of you! My question is: What kind of reaction do you hope most people (children and adults) will have after having read your book?
Admin reply: I hope people will react more kindly to each other and to people that have differences. I hope that people will understand that differences don't make people better or worse than others. My special hand is just one part of me. I am also a lot the same as everyone else. Joe, you're cool!

Comments: I love the concept of the book and I cannot wait to get my copy from Amazon. I will be sharing it with my 2 nieces and 1 nephew who live near Santa Rosa, CA. They are all under 10 years old. What an amazing gift to be published by 10 years old.
Question: What was the hardest thing about writing your book?
Question #2: How will you handle your new found fame?
Admin reply: Hi Clyde... I think I am really lucky that Shelley Mickle believed my story was important enough to share. I also feel like Nancy's paintings express my story so well. The hardest thing about writing my story was choosing the words that would explain my feelings. Mostly it was easy to write, though, because I wanted to help kids understand about my special hand and differences. I don't know if I'll be famous, but I certainly hope my story affects how people treat each other in a good way.
